3. Account Registration

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to availability and verification.
  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (TK) and may change without notice.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified by the customer.

4.2 Payment Methods

  • Wallet Balance payment is instant and order is processed immediately.
  • Mobile Banking payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) require manual verification.
  • Transaction ID must be provided for manual payment verification.

4.3 Order Processing

  • Wallet orders with available stock are delivered automatically.
  • Manual payment orders are processed after payment verification by admin.
  • Processing time varies by product (instant to 24 hours).

5. Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered via on-site notification, email, or both.
  • For in-game topups, you must provide the correct Player UID.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by you.
  • Delivery codes and vouchers are viewable in your "My Codes" section.

6. Refund Policy

  • Completed Orders: Refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been delivered successfully.
  • Failed Orders: If your order fails due to our error, a full refund will be credited to your wallet.
  • Wrong UID: If you provide an incorrect Player UID and the order is delivered to the wrong account, we are not responsible.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are credited to your site wallet balance, not to the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

7. Wallet System

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts.
  • Wallet balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
  • We reserve the right to adjust wallet balances in case of errors or fraud.
  • Unused wallet balances do not earn interest.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or giveaways.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate our systems.
  • Resell digital products purchased from our platform without authorization.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other users.
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with our services.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account if:

  • You violate any of these Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected on your account.
  • You engage in harassment or abusive behavior.
  • You exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in our system.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of LootKoro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
